Hey everyone! Just a quick update.

I just wanted to give everyone a quick update.  

All of the pledges have been collected and I have been working with Backerkit to get the the pledge surveys finalized.   Some of you should be seeing those show up in your inboxes within the next few days so keep an eye open.   Once the first few backers get their surveys and I make sure it is all working as it should, the rest of you will be getting your surveys.   I would imagine all surveys will go out no later than the beginning of next week but I will let you know of any delays.

What's next? 

After I receive the survey results, I will start ordering all the materials I will need to make your pledges.  Once received, I will spend a few days getting all the wood finished and then I start crafting.  I am super excited to get all these out to you guys!  

Oh yeah!  If you know anyone that missed out on the Kickstarter campaign that would be interested in a Weapon of Choice of their own, have them check out our pre-order page here: https://weapons-of-choice.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders

Any sales made on the pre-order page will go towards the unlock goals.  So you may get more classes sooner than later :)

Thank you all so so so much for standing behind my project!   

I very much look forward to making all of your Weapons of Choice!

The Backerkit pledge manager will give all of you the ability to choose your pledge and add on more if you so choose. There will also be a few extra goodies in there to peruse.  

Reward surveys will go out shortly after Kickstarter has processed all of your payments and released them to me (this typically takes about 2 weeks from what I have heard).  

Over the coming weeks, I will keep all of you informed as I progress through every step the process.

     Since I unlocked the Weapon of Choice, I thought I should get one finished before the end of the campaign. i present to you, the bard mandolin.  Let me know what you think!

Hey everyone!

     We made it!  Thank you all so much for  getting us here! I am so excited for the future and want to give back to you guys.

     Dungeons and Dragons is a game about choices and it is important to make sure that players have many options to choose from.  

     With that in mind, I have decided to give you all another choice.  I am unlocking the bard! I am allowed to change the rules right?

     I couldn’t have made it this far without you all so I hope this acts in part as a huge thank you from me.

You all rock (you know, like a bard)!

Hey everyone,

     With 48 hours left and the pledge goal knocking on our door, I wanted to share with you what that means for The Crafty Kraken Emporium and me. 

     I love making making the Weapons of Choice and designing new ones.  I will not let the fact that we will not hit all of the unlock goals stop me from creating the rest of the remaining classes. The unlock goals were just a way to move up my timetable and grow my business a little faster but not the end all be all.  

     The funding from this Kickstarter will help me get my business up and running.  While I am getting materials to fulfill pledges, I will also be getting business paperwork filed and a webpage built (all the mundane stuff needed to run the business so I can get back to the magic of creating). Once the pledges are fulfilled and any pre-orders through the pledge manager are taken care of, I absolutely plan to keep moving forward with the rest of the classes. I will either release the remaining classes in series of 4-6 at a time or just start trickling them out but they will get made. 

     Once all the classes are designed, I even have plans for upgraded higher level magic variants and some ideas for dice trays rolling around in my brain (see what I did there?). There are so many possibilities for awesome custom wood products! I am excited to see where it all leads.

   So in closing, thank you for investing in this endeavor and taking this ride with me, it’s going to be a fun one!
